An attorney licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Arizona, Robert T. Neuner has spent most of his professional career in healthcare since graduating from Brooklyn Law School. He defends against audits and recoupments, advises on carrier policies and applicable laws, appeals unpaid or underpaid claims, and represents clients in surprise billing disputes.

Michele Force has more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive in operations, sales, and customer service for a technology company focused on the insurance industry. She has worked with some of the country's largest insurance organizations and developed extensive experience in technology infrastructure, client operations, and strategies to improve profitability.
